Meet Historic Hotel Bethlehem’s award-winning Banquet Culinary Team! Executive Chef Michael Adams has built an amazing banquet kitchen staff that works together to create different menus and cuisine for hundreds of events each year. The culinary team is the back of house that prepares each and every meal that is served for weddings, bridal showers, corporate meetings and, of course, the hotel’s award-winning Musical Sunday Brunch. Working with Chef Adams is Banquet Sous Chef Rodney Rivera, who helps lead the staff in its day-to-day activities in the kitchen. Chef Adams has been with the hotel for over two years, where he directs the kitchen for two restaurants and the banquet events. Chef Rivera focuses primarily on the banquet team, where he can direct his culinary skills on ensuring all banquet events are served efficiently. When Adams and Rivera joined the Hotel Bethlehem team, Chef Adams’ goal was to achieve a culinary team that not only properly executes methods and techniques, but also focuses on a single vision: to provide all hotel guests with the best dining experience.
