Fest of the Seven Fishes
Part of Bethlehem's Christmas in July celebration, the Fest of the Seven Fishes is a three-day event promising a unique take on the popular Feast of the Seven Fishes. This Thursday through Saturday, participating restaurants will offer a variety of culturally diverse dishes including fish tacos, seafood ceviche, fritters and more. The fest participants include Casa del Mofongo, Tapas on Main, Urbano Mexican Kitchen & Bar, Historic Hotel Bethlehem, Twisted Olive, McCarthy's Red Stag Pub & Whiskey Bar and Edge Restaurant.
Paddle CORE at Blue Mountain Resort
This Saturday, head to Blue Mountain Resort for a stand-up paddle boarding session that combines the relaxing nature of paddling with a core workout. The class will take place at Blue Mountain's Valley Ponds from 3–4:30 p.m. Tickets are $13 and can be purchased here.
The Zucchini 500 at EFM
The 15th annual Zucchini 500 returns to the Easton Farmers' Market this Saturday! Kids and adults alike will have the opportunity to carve zucchini into sports cars or monster trucks and “squash” the competition. The fun runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Scott Park.
Food Truck Festival
Hosted by Northern Lehigh Recreation, this third-annual food truck fest will take place at Victory Park in Slatington on Saturday. From 2–7 p.m., enjoy eats from a variety of trucks and drinks by McCall Collective Brewery, Blue Mountain Vineyards and Xplorer Spirits.
Customer Appreciation Day at The Curious Plantaholic
Customer Appreciation Day at The Curious Plantaholic in Nazareth promises live music, handmade goods for sale, drinks and snacks, sales and fundraisers and more! The celebrations begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Christmas in July at the Zoo
Celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in July at the Lehigh Valley Zoo this Saturday and Sunday. There will be holiday-themed fun, an Elf on the Shelf photo safari and make-your-own conservation ornaments.
