Sip & Taste of Easton
Join Sip and Play Transportation for a fun night of food and drink samples on a BYOB party bus! Enjoy tasting menus at Two Rivers Brewing, Aman's Indian Bistro and Easton Wine Project. Taking place on Thursday, January 26, pick-up is at 5:45 p.m. with drop-off at 9:15 p.m. at William Penn Park & Ride. Tickets are available for $60.
Get Your Tail on the Trail Winter Challenge
Head to Hugh Moore Park on Saturday, January 28 to kick off Get Your Tail on the Trail's winter challenge of 3 0 miles in 30 days. Log your first mile with a group hike along the D&L historic towpath. Warm beverages will be provided as well as free swag. The event is free to attend and begins at 1 p.m.

Wear your best Hawaiian shirt to Skeggy's Axe House on Saturday, January 28 for July in January. Drink specials include a summer porch punch, pineapple passion and coconut Mai Tai.
BAPL Book Sale
The Bethlehem Area Public Library is kicking off the new year with a book sale on Saturday, January 28. Held at the Church Street location, the sale promises more than 20,000 books as well as many DVDs, CDs and vinyl records—most of which are priced at just one dollar. The sale runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Supper Club at NCC
Join NCC's culinary team on Wednesday, February 1. Part of their quarterly Supper Club dinner series, experience a five-course seasonal tasting menu to coincide with the change of the seasons. They'll be partnering with Blackbird Farm and Franklin Hill Vineyards. Tickets are $85; the evening runs from 6–9 p.m.
Oui-skey with Love at McCarthy's
The February whiskey tasting at McCarthy's Red Stag Pub celebrates French whiskey. The Oui-skey with Love event runs from 7–9 p.m. on Thursday, February 2. Tickets are available for $80; $35 for designated drivers.
Singles Night with Split Pine Axe Throwing & Tacos Y Tequila
On Thursday, February 2, mix and mingle with a round-robin tournament at Split Pine Axe Throwing before heading to Tacos Y Tequila in Allentown for beers flights and tacos. The event is $40 per person with tickets available here.
