Circle Donuts is the newest addition to Bethlehem’s sweet-treat scene. Founded in early 2021 by Kelsey Rasmuson and Brad Hogarth, Circle Donuts offers handmade, vegan, nut-free doughnuts in small batches. “We have both been vegan for years and are big fans of sweets,” says Rasmuson. “So, we’re used to making vegan desserts for ourselves. We have on multiple occasions traveled many miles in search of a good vegan doughnut.” The pair hopes to open a small brick-and-mortar store this summer, serving locals on the weekends.
