Billy Kounoupis, Tim Kalavruzos, Chris Kolovos and Bill Diamantakos are the team behind Bethlehem’s Flying Pig Tavern. “My cousin Tim came up with the idea and name for the Flying Pig,” says Kounoupis, sharing that Tim owns several premier banquet facilities and used to say that he’d open up a restaurant when pigs fly. “We are proud to be the type of tavern that pushes the culinary envelope by taking classic dishes and creating a modern flair,” says Kounoupis, noting their double-cut signature pork chop and steak burgers. Drinks range from the finest IPAs to craft cocktails. “As a resident of Bethlehem, I am humbled by the amount of love and support from my community,” he says.
