Launched in early 2021, Olive & Grace Boutique works to serve the Lehigh Valley by offering a boutique shopping experience to the underserved young women in the area. “We want to be a force of positivity in their life and give them that amazing shopping experience I think every girl wants to have,” says founder Emily Phifer. Olive & Grace works to collect clothing, shoes, accessories and hygiene products through donations via local business partnerships, contactless porch pick-ups and PO Box drop-offs. “We utilize our website to set up pick-ups, as well as have an area for girls to request the things they need,” says Phifer. “Girls in need can either use the form on our website to reach out or they can go through their local school.” Locals can enjoy the full O&G experience through their pop-up events. Run exactly like an upscale boutique, shoppers receive a VIP experience featuring fantastic service, fashion advice and hand selection. “A word I use a lot when I'm talking to my team about our goals is dignity,” says Phifer. “We want our girls to feel respected, loved and served when they come to us.”
