During the pandemic, pop-up bars were becoming the norm and inspiration struck for best friends Brittany Caprista and Candice Weaver. The Backyard Bar Company is a completely customizable, mobile pop-up horse-trailer bar, serving the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. They cater to events of all kinds, including weddings. “We had a groom that brewed his own beer and we were able to tap in on our trailer, which was really special for them,” the duo shares. But don’t be fooled—Caprista and Weaver are in fact master bartenders themselves. “We take our drink game seriously by fresh squeezing our juices, making our own syrups and garnishing with dehydrated fruits and edible flowers.”
