Raven Gabriele had been searching for a space to open her breakfast and lunch eatery, but most locations were too large for a first-time restaurant owner like herself. Then, she received a call from an owner of Böser Geist Brewing Co. letting her know that there was an eatery for sale in Easton’s Simon Silk Mill. The day after that call, she arrived to the space and immediately fell in love; the vision was clear. The Raven celebrated its grand opening in July with great feedback from the community. The eatery specializes in mini raven-shaped pancake flights, with specialty flavors varying based on the season and customer feedback. Another dish you don’t want to miss? The Raven’s Nest, made with oven-roasted avocado egg “nests” topped with bacon bits, cheese and green onions.
