A collaboration between Batch Microcreamery and Truffle Bar, Twisted & Dipped opened its doors on Bethlehem’s Main Street in July. “The collaboration was a natural fit, driven by our mutual appreciation for creativity and quality,” share owners Rick Pongracz, Manny Rodriguez, Brooke Dietrick and Ryan Dietrick. While Batch Microcreamery is known for its inventive ice cream flavors and commitment to using the finest ingredients, Truffle Bar excels at crafting luxurious chocolate experiences. “By combining our strengths, we aimed to create something truly special: a place where the richness of gourmet chocolates meets the indulgence of handcrafted ice cream.” Twisted & Dipped takes pride in creating a dessert experience that stands out in both flavor and presentation. Locals love their signature dipped ice cream cones, which include vegan ice cream options as well as mouth-watering toppings, but the shop also offers an array of other chocolate-dipped items like cookies, fruit, pretzels, caramels, bark and beyond.
