Sports & Social Allentown is hosting a Fiesta de Mayo, kicking off on Thursday, May 2 and continuing through Sunday, May 5. Menu specials include discounted beef barbacoa tacos, grilled baja shrimp tacos and chicken bacon ranch tacos as well as chips and salsa. Enjoy $5 Corona and Corona Light beer along with $6 margaritas featuring Dulce Vida Tequila.

Celebrate at Hangdog Brewing Co.’s beer garden, part of HangDog Outdoor Adventure. Bring the kids and enjoy Chef Anthony’s famous tacos, a Mexican-inspired pizza special, Mexican lager on draft, margaritas and margarita slushies, and a piñata drop at 5 p.m. Admission is free! ICDI and Amigos Mexican Grill have teamed up for an outdoor block party on Hamilton Street on Sunday, May 5. Enjoy tacos, margaritas and cervezas at this family-friendly event taking place between 10th and 11th Streets. The fun runs from 2–7 p.m. and includes face-painting, music, DJs, a mariachi singer and the Sin Fronteras ICDI dance group.
HiJinx Brewing Company
Attend a Cinco Paint & Pints event at HiJinx Brewing Company on Sunday, May 5. Resident artist, Blair, will lead the group in painting sugar skulls on a canvas while sipping on a pint of draft beer. The event runs from noon to 4 p.m. with tickets available for $25.
