Mindful Child Initiative
The Pratyush Sinha Foundation recently celebrated 10 years of bringing mindfulness to schools, introducing yoga to communities, providing coping tools to youth and so much more. They've now introduced the Mindful Child Initiative to continue doing the powerful work of the foundation and provide high-quality mindfulness programs to promote the mental and emotional health of children in the Lehigh Valley.
