Zero-Proof Cocktail Class
On Thursday, December 19, Tonic of Easton is hosting their first zero-proof cocktail class. The Lehigh Valley’s only zero proof bottle shop is hosting an evening of non-alcoholic cocktail making from 6:30–8:00 p.m. Guest bartender Mr. Zeroproof will guide attendees through the process and share tips and tricks. Class includes a welcome cocktail and 2 hands-on cocktail making experiences. Guests will learn about non-alcoholic spirits and how to use them and a bonus tasting of St. Agrestis Phony Negroni. 10% off all products in the shop will be offered for the evening. Tickets can be purchased for $55 on Eventbrite.
Christmas City Tasting
Back for the first time since 2019, Christmas City Tasting, hosted by South Italy Imports, features a lineup of local restaurants, breweries, distilleries and wines for tasting and sampling on Friday, December 20 at ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks. From 6–9 p.m., guests can sip and sample endless bites and drinks from local restaurants such as Bolete, Zest, Sette Luna and more while supporting No Kid Hungry. Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite for $85 for one tasting pass or $150 for a duo pass.
Gingerbread House Competition
Bethlehem’s newest charcuterie shop is hosting a gingerbread house building competition on Friday, December 20 from 6–7:30 p.m. A $39.95 ticket gives guests a gingerbread house kit, an assortment of decorative supplies and a charcuterie spread. BYOB is encouraged and complimentary hot cocoa will be provided. All attendees will be offered 10% off additional store purchases during the event. Prizes will be available for first, second and third place winners!
Cookie Decorating Class with Austin’s Dreamy Desserts
It’s never too late in the season to decorate cookies! Head over to Hillside Mini Golf & Ice Cream in Northampton for Austin’s Dreamy Desserts Christmas Cookie Class this Saturday, December 21 from 2–4 p.m. This beginner-friendly class will cover the basics of decorating iced sugar cookies. Tickets can be purchased for $60 and includes 6 cookies, 4 icing bags/colors, class instruction and a take-home box. The class will be held in their event space and plenty of parking will be available.
Holiday Market at The Farm Bakery & Events
The Farm Bakery & Events Annual Holiday Market of Quakertown is coming up this Saturday, December 21 from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. and Sunday, December 22 from 11 a.m.–4 p.m. Guests can take a stroll around the farm, sit by the fire, listen to Christmas music and shop for holiday gifts from local makers. The Spinnerstown Hotel will be serving food and cocktails and The Farm Bakery & Events will have a variety of their baked goods for sale.
Santa’s Workshop at Folino Estate & Winery
Every Saturday and Sunday in December Folino Estate & Winery hosts Santa’s Workshop in the Wine Garden where guests can decorate gingerbread houses and enjoy a glass of wine or hot cocoa with Christmas movies playing in the background. Tickets can be purchased for $35 each.
