Shifts range throughout the day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Please request a preferred time and job duty—all opportunities will be first-come, first-served.
Volunteer opportunities include:
Check-In [Make sure all guests have appropriate tickets for entry, handling cash/credit transactions for at-the-door ticket purchases, distributing program books, etc.]
Greeters [Smiling & happy faces greeting guests and making them feel welcome as they arrive.]
Clean-up assistance [Keep cocktail tables, bistro tables and general event area clean and presentable throughout the night.]
Set-up/Tear Down [Set-up begins at 8 a.m. and includes duties such as setting up tables, signage, vendor booths and décor. Tear down starts at 9 p.m.]
Raffle sales [Selling raffle tickets to guests to support event beneficiary, Laughing at My Nightmare, INC.]
Activation assistants [Grow buzz for guest activities including coloring wall, photo booth, caricature artist and beer garden/lawn games.]
Vendor assistant [Keep a vendor booth stocked with food samples and serve samples to guests--this will be a 5:30-9 p.m. shift.]
This is a great opportunity for local high school and college students looking to earn service hours for their campus organizations, sororities/fraternities, or simply for personal enrichment.
All volunteers are welcome to sample food & drink prior to or following their scheduled shift.
