Please be advised Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley is hosting The First Time Homebuyer’s seminar held May 3rd & May 10th, 2014 located at Victory Firehouse, 205 Webster Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018.

The seminar will begin at 8:15am and end at 1:00pm. The purpose of the seminar is to educate and provide the tools for first time home buyers to successfully become mortgage ready.  The seminars are conducted by a CACLV staff and representatives of local mortgage lenders, insurance agents, realtors, and other experts.   During the seminars, we will talk about preparation for homeownership and the importance of good credit and how to purchase a home.  Prospective homeowners will hear from experts about the current housing market, loan products, predatory lending, and consumer rights.
