The National Museum of Industrial History is celebrating an icon of industrial history on Saturday, March 17th with its 2nd Annual “Rosie the Riveter Day”. Attendees will be able to see a Rosie the Riveter documentary, reenact Rosie’s famous post with a “You Can Do It” selfie, and take part in a children’s coloring activity. This is a fun event for the whole family, and included in regular museum admission! The full schedule of events is below:
1pm: The Life and Times of Rosie the Riveter documentary screening taking place in the NMIH Education Center
10am-5pm Youth Activities
Take a “You Can Do It” selfie and color a piece of ‘Rosie’ history to take home with you!
All programs free with admission. Kids 7-17, dress up as Rosie and receive $1 off of a youth admission!
