Enjoy listening to hits from the 70s all night long – whether it’s the “Hustle”, “If I Can’t Have You” or “You Should Be Dancing”, guests will be sure to have disco fever by the end of the night. Patti LaBelle’s, a famous former guest of the hotel, 1974 hit “Lady Marmalade” will get the crowd groovin’ after they enjoy dinner in the Grand Ballroom.
Join Historic Hotel Bethlehem on Friday August 26th, 2016 for this “far out” event. It will be a 4 course dinner including a cocktail hour with an open bar from 6pm to 11pm. The menu will feature items from the 70s such as hors d'oeuvres crabmeat rangoon, tempura shrimp, Swedish meatballs and many more choices. The main entrée will be a classic 70s dish Chicken Kiev, prepared by award winning Chef Michael Adams. Guests will enjoy the evening by dancing, socializing and celebrating in the 70s era that dates back to when the hotel started hosting the Musikfest Balls in the early 70s.
