Allentown Public Theatre presents the heart-warming Charlotte's Web. The play – with an adult cast – is based on E.B. White's classic book about an irresistible young pig named Wilbur, who desperately wants to avoid the butcher, and his friendship with the resourceful Charlotte, a spider. Determined to save Wilbur, Charlotte begins with the “miracle” of her web in which she writes, “Some pig.” Directed by Teague Fernandez. FREE to children 12 and under; teens and adults donate what you will. Fridays at 6pm, Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm. The play runs about 1 hour.
