A Border is a limit. But it also suggests possibility – a chance to approach someone on the other side. A Border can be a restriction, or it can be a seam.

The Frontera Project, led by guest artist Jessica Bauman, brings Mexican and US artists together in a unique, bilingual, interactive performance cabaret that uses theatre, movement, music and play to engage the audience in a compassionate, often joyous conversation that lifts up the kinds of human stories about the Border that too often get lost in the noise of partisan agendas and media bubbles.
