First Time Home Buyers Seminar

Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley (CACLV) is hosting The First Time Home Buyers English seminar November 2 & 9, 2019 held Weona Park Community Center, 25 South Main Street, Pen Argyl, PA 18072. The seminar will begin at 8:15 am and end at 1:00 pm. The purpose of the seminar is to educate and provide the tools for first time home buyers to successfully become mortgage ready. The seminars are conducted by a CACLV staff and representatives of local mortgage lenders, insurance agents, realtors, and other experts. During the seminars, we will talk about preparation for homeownership and the importance of good credit and how to purchase a home.
