Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley (CACLV) is hosting The First Time Home Buyers English seminar on October 8th & 15th, 2016 held at Temple Covenant of Peace located at 1451 Northampton St. Easton, PA 18042. The seminar will begin at 8:15 a.m. and end at 1:00 p.m. The seminars are conducted by a CACLV staff and representatives of local mortgage lenders, insurance agents, realtors, and other experts.   During the seminars, we will talk about preparation for homeownership and the importance of good credit and how to purchase a home.  Prospective homeowners will hear from experts about the current housing market, loan products, predatory lending, and consumer rights.  For more information and/or to register, please call Amy Arroyo, Housing Counselor at 484-893-1038 or visit our website or www.caclv.org.
