Get Out! for Wellness - Cherry Valley National Wildlife Refuge Hike
We will follow the Blue Trail up a hill to begin. The trail undulates through forest and cross a stream and waterfall. Watch for early blueberries at the start of the hike. This 2-mile hike is moderately difficult due to hills and uneven footing. Wear tick repellent, long pants, and boots.
No restrooms in the parking lot, but restrooms available at Sorrenti Winery next door. Dogs are not allowed at any national wildlife refuge. Post-hike, Sorrenti offers good food, wine, and outdoor seating.
This hike is part of the Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Get Out! for Wellness series and is offered to the public for free; please register on line.
