Passport to History Day is a celebration of the sites, stories, and community that bring Lehigh Valley history to life. Once per year, local historic and cultural sites open their doors with free admission, tours, activities, and programs for explorers of all ages. NCHGS’s activities are listed below, but we invite you to visit www.lvhistory.org to browse all the day’s events.

11:00-2:00 Visit our 1753 Bachmann Publick House (2nd and Northampton Streets) to catch a sneak peek dress rehearsal for the Bachmann Players’ upcoming colonial dinner theater show Easton, 1777: John Adams and His Thoughts on Government
1:00 pm Vietnam Veterans Experience
Join us as we unveil a Vietnam uniform in our permanent gallery followed by a panel discussion with local Vietnam veterans who will recount their experiences and discuss memorabilia. Learn about a day in the life of a soldier during the conflict. Share memories, photos, and stories of the men and women who served our country during this tumultuous time. Admission is FREE.
