THIS IS THE MOMENT PAUL BYROM RETURNS TO PBS TV.

Paul Byrom, Ireland's Premier Tenor, takes center stage at the State Theater in Easton, PA on Wednesday, March 20th to perform and film his solo concert, This Is the Moment. The concert will be broadcast on PBS television stations across the United States and Canada in mid to late 2013. Paul Byrom, a former member of the male vocal ensemble Celtic Thunder, is not stranger to PBS audiences and looks forward to bringing his solo concert to television entertainment this year. He exclaims, "I'm over the moon to be making my first solo TV special. I am returning to what I love doing: singing songs, performing live, having fun on stage, and connecting with the audience. In a time when a lot of the industry is created in studios, it's liberating to be out there doing it 100% live."

At this family friendly concert, Paul Byrom will perform his favorite songs, from Broadway hits to Ireland's classics, and everything in between. He adds, "The show is stylish, full of rich music from a live orchestra, and includes very special guests. The pure focus of the show is to provide quality entertainment, led under the baton of legendary musical producer Phil Coulter." In addition to collaborating with this mulit-platinum, Grammy nominated producer, Byrom has invited a former fellow member of Celtic Thunder and star of the television series, Glee, to perform with him. "Having Damian McGinty join me again on stage will be something special. We have some fun surprises up our slieeves that will bring the house down!"

Paul Byrom exemplifies the art of a classically trained tenor with a dash of contemporary influence, coupled with charming, Irish wit and a penchant for enthusiastic storytelling. His talent as a tenor has taken him far and wide, and some of the many highlights of his career to date include performing for many dignitaries such as President Barack Obama. Byrom frequently performs the United States National Anthem for professional sporting events and is regularly requested to sing the Anthem for the Boston Celtics home games at the TD Garden in Boston, MA. Byrom's recent solo album, This Is the Moment, debuted at #1 on the Wold Billboard Chart and he regularly performs to sold-out theaters across the United States.
