After realizing that her six-year-old son, Jace, was more likely to eat his food if she made it look “pretty,” Arielle Ammary was inspired to start delivering her beautiful charcuterie creations to the Lehigh Valley with Beyond the Board. “No two boards look the same because they are always created using an in-the-moment vision,” says Ammary. Every creation is made on the same day as delivery, so products are as fresh as they can get. Options range from $12 personal mini-creations to larger boards that start at $125. Ammary calls grazing tables the new and improved way to cater and recommends them for intimate celebrations of 20 or more.
