The Allentown Art Museum is putting on its first exhibit dedicated to Durham Press. Founded by a Bucks County couple, Durham Press has been transforming the art of printmaking for 30 years.
Color & Complexity will break down the printing process and showcase some of the most popular mono-prints, portfolios and large-scale masterpieces. Artwork from the inception of Durham Press, as well as over the last three decades, will be on display.
The work of some of today's most praised artists, such as Hurvin Anderson, Polly Apfelbaum, Chitra Ganesh, John Giorno and Jacob Hashimoto, will be included in the exhibit.
