Kelly and Juan Gonsalves, who own the Duck Donuts location in Allentown, are excited to introduce a second space in Easton. With a predicted opening of early 2024, they say their goal has always been to expand with additional stores across the Valley. “As a family-owned business, having a strong connection with the local community is important,” they say. “We live in the Lehigh Valley and want our stores to be a key contributor in giving back to the communities we serve.” The pair calls Easton the next logical location due to the strong sense of community that aligns with their brand and mission. “This allows us to be closer to our customers and provide easy access to our warm, delicious, made-to-order doughnuts.” In addition to fresh doughnuts, Duck Donuts offers breakfast sandwiches, coffee and ice cream desserts.
