“I knew that ice cream would be in my future somehow,” shares owner Thea Tantaros, who says she had so much fun operating a family-owned ice cream shop in the late '80s. “It was the summer of 2021 when my husband, Keith, and I started the work to build the perfect ice cream truck.” In March 2022, Fifi was ready for business as an all-novelty, pre-packaged ice cream truck filled with 40–50 types of novelties, including the Bomb Pop, Sponge Bob, Drumstick and more.
