When Sarah Ykrouk saw a need for a fitness program that would benefit both moms and their children, she decided to bring the FIT4MOM brand to the Lehigh Valley. “We provide classes for mothers at every stage of motherhood,” she says. “Our focus is on providing moms [with] a place to come together and achieve their fitness goals with other moms in the community in the same season of life, and also include our children in an active lifestyle.” FIT4MOM Lehigh Valley opened in January and has many members from all across the area. “We currently offer Stroller Strides, which is the core program at FIT4MOM,” Ykrouk says. “The class incorporates strength and cardio training while also including fun for our little ones throughout class.” They'll be adding Stroller Barre and FIT4Baby, a prenatal program, this spring. “I learned about FIT4MOM and knew I had to bring it to our area, because my passion for motherhood and working out were a perfect ‘fit' together,” she says.
