Franchise owners Jeanne and Rusty Kuchta opened Graze Craze Allentown in September, introducing a charcuterie business to the Tilghman Square Shopping Center. “Graze Craze offers a unique model that includes a storefront, allowing us to welcome the community into our shop, while also having the ability to deliver gifts and provide catering options for a variety of events, from large weddings to small family gatherings,” says Jeanne. At Graze Craze, the Grazologists™—trained charcuterie experts—curate artfully arranged grazing boards and boxes featuring the finest ingredients, like fresh fruits and vegetables, gourmet meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts and more. “We offer an array of flavor combinations that cater to any lifestyle and please any palate,” says Jeanne. “Our artisan-inspired charcuterie offerings are available in different size options, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for nibbling, to small, medium and large boards with enough fresh food to feed a large party.” The pair calls the Gone Grazey board a popular offering, as it's perfectly balanced to provide a little bit of everything. Their holiday board is sure to elevate any gathering this season, and their Brunch Board provides a beautiful solution to the busyness of the festivities.
