Owner Josie Koury considered selling or renting her business after it closed due to the pandemic, but her heart was always set on reopening her beloved deli. After undergoing extensive renovations, Josie's original location has reopened with a commercial kitchen and a newly remodeled interior. The deli specializes in sandwiches and wraps, but the chicken salad sandwich is without a doubt the most popular item. Koury has been using the same recipe since opening the deli in 1983, and it remains the best seller to this day.
