Pacific Mist Tanning is a mobile tanning business that brings a customized, heat-infused spray tanning experience directly to clients in the privacy of their own home or business. “We've given spray tans in our own home, our clients' homes, private offices, boardrooms and even restaurant basements and storerooms!” says Pacific Mist Tanning co-founder Janet Derkits. Pacific Mist was founded in early 2017 by Janet Derkits and her daughter Kristina. “We consider giving and receiving [a spray tan] a very personal experience. Additionally, you don't have to worry about packing up the kids or finding a sitter or even stress about ruining the tan on your way home from a salon,” says Derkits. “By going to our clients' personal space and providing them with a customized, heated tanning session, it also turns into a relaxing and pampering at-home salon service,” she says.
