The owners of ThreeBirds Coffee House in Easton are opening a new location in the Easton Public Market. They're calling it ThreeBirds Nest.
“We've loved the market ever since we moved to Easton a few years ago,” says Jennifer Murray, co-owner. “It's such a cool place with a lot of awesome, independent local shops. That kind of space is so important for the identity of towns like Easton, and we're really excited to be a part of it.”
In addition to top-notch coffee, Nest will offer espresso, chai, matcha, lemonade and herbal teas as well as kombucha from Portch Tea in Emmaus. “We're about doing simple, traditional things really well,” Murray says.
