Founded in 2001, the Movie Tavern is revolutionizing the way people experience cinema with in-theater dining, drinks and luxurious seating. Since the original opening in Texas and Georgia, Movie Tavern has expanded to 23 theaters, including the recent Trexlertown location! When attending a Movie Tavern screening, guests are encouraged to reserve their seats ahead of time via the app or website. Once seated, a push of the seat's red button will summon a server for menus and ordering. All are welcome to check out the Tavern Bar, which doesn't require a ticket purchase and is the perfect spot to watch a sporting event on-screen. What's more, the Tavern Bar crafts specialty cocktails and dishes, and tailors trivia themes based on major film releases, so there's always something new to check out.
