Founded last year as a meal delivery service, Zekraft has grown into the newest locally sourced café in Southside Bethlehem. “We've been slowly morphing, dipping our toe into the Lehigh Valley food scene to see if people are liking what we're doing and, thankfully, they have been,” says co-owner Zeke Zelker. “We have amazing meal delivery customers, we're growing every week and we've been humbled by our success at the Easton Farmers' Market. We opened the café on September 9 and have been playing catch-up ever since.” Zekraft offers fresh salads, organic fresh trade coffee, tea and espresso, tartines, soups and a mouthwatering assortment of pastries.
