I'm so sorry I did not get the chance to blog last week, but oh my, do I have a lot of updates for you. Last week was extremely hectic, yet fun-filled with shopping, styling and events. On Thursday, Kelli and I started our morning by meeting at The Promenade Shops to do some shopping for August's Fashion & Beauty Report. Francesca's Collections, Apricot Lane, Banana Republic—these were just some of the great stores we visited.
After finishing up there, we continued our shopping in Bethlehem, visiting PopMart (I left with a new pair of shorts), Loose Threads Boutique and Shuze. It's safe to say that we had a trunk full of goodies ready to be styled for our shoot the next day. Although we had a long day of shopping, we still had an event to attend where we set up our Style Wall to take photographs. During this event, we heard Bravo reality TV star Ryan Serhant talk to hundreds of realtors, charming them with his cocky charisma and million dollar advice.
Friday morning, Kelli and I met for our shoot day, something I was extremely excited for. This day was such a dream for me; styling outfits is extremely detail-oriented and it was so much fun to watch how great of an eye our photographer and Kelli have. I learned so much during this day and had a blast putting together outfits. My personal obsession from the shoot was this Free People denim vest, accented with a lace back. I'm so going back to Sage to buy it.
