Bethlehem's Chocolate Lab makes ornate and awe-inspiring chocolates on site, with seasonal shapes like X's and O's, tiny cupids, hearts and roses for a big-time box of chocolates upgrade. If you have super special plans this Valentine's Day, maybe a chocolate ring box is in order. Chocolate-covered strawberries are made to order with your choice of milk, white or dark organic chocolate.

Check the website for Valentine's bouquets of rich purple, classic red roses with white accents or a colorful mix, from as small as one bloom to big boisterous bouquets.
4. Heart-Shaped Charcuterie
It's not all about sugary sweets. For the perfect starry-eyed snack to share on a Valentine's date, Easton-based Gather & Graze Charcuterie offers heart-shaped boards artfully crammed with meats, cheeses, crackers, and fruit, dips, chocolate, olives and other pickled goodies—in short, a splendid array. Each order also gets a tasting of Gather's homemade fudge.
5. Valentine's Candle
These hand-poured, 100-percent soy candles come in tons of wonderful winter aromas that will have you ready to curl up with your honey bunny, like Cozy Flannel and Cereal Milk. For this holiday, though, the signature scent is called Valentine, with notes of rose and patchouli. It's available in candles, wax melts and reed diffusers. Owner Rachel Zanders opened her brick-and-mortar store one year ago, so stop in the Saturday before Valentine's Day for a special Sip & Shop event.
