In April 2025, barre3 Lehigh Valley commemorates two significant milestones: the tenth anniversary of barre3 Allentown and the eighth anniversary of barre3 Bethlehem. What began as an idea for owners Brittany and Adam Morse has grown into a thriving two-location community grounded in strength, mindful movement, and meaningful connection.
A lifelong dancer, Brittany Morse discovered barre3 after concluding her professional dance career. She was immediately drawn to the method’s unique combination of strength training, cardio, and mindfulness. Shortly after relocating to the Lehigh Valley with her husband, she felt a compelling desire to bring the transformative practice of barre3 to the area. With a leap of faith, the couple opened the doors to barre3 Allentown—unaware that a decade later, they would still be serving a vibrant and ever-expanding community.
From the early days in Allentown, the Morses recognized the profound impact barre3 could have—not only physically, but emotionally and mentally. As demand grew, so did their vision. They soon expanded to a second location in Bethlehem to better serve the greater Lehigh Valley.
Today, barre3 Bethlehem stands as a welcoming space where individuals of all ages and fitness levels come together to move with intention and build lasting connections. Many of barre3 Lehigh Valley’s most dedicated members have been part of this journey since its inception, a testament to the deep sense of community cultivated within its studio walls.
At its core, barre3 offers more than just a workout. It is an efficient and holistic approach to fitness that blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness to help individuals feel balanced in body and empowered from within. What truly distinguishes barre3 Lehigh Valley, however, is its unwavering commitment to community—one that celebrates victories, supports through challenges, and uplifts one another both inside and outside the studio.
To mark these milestone anniversaries, barre3 Lehigh Valley is hosting a month-long celebration centered around gratitude, local collaboration, and joyful movement. Each studio will feature a dedicated birthday week, packed with daily events and community experiences:
- Bethlehem Birthday Week: April 7–13
- Allentown Birthday Week: April 21–27

During these celebratory weeks, members and newcomers alike are invited to enjoy complimentary classes each day. In-studio pop-up events will showcase local businesses, including coffee shops, wellness brands, and even a tattoo artist offering custom designs to commemorate the occasion. These festivities reflect the meaningful partnerships that have blossomed through the barre3 community over the past ten years.
For Brittany and Adam Morse, these anniversaries symbolize more than the passage of time—they represent a celebration of the people who consistently show up and grow stronger together. It is about every new face who walks through the studio doors, every long-standing member who remains committed, and every instructor and team member who has helped build a space of true belonging.
“We never imagined we’d be here ten years later,” Brittany reflects. “But looking back, it all makes sense. barre3 has become part of the fabric of our lives and the lives of our members. We’ve seen friendships form, babies born, careers change, and confidence restored. It has been the greatest joy to be part of that journey.”

As barre3 Allentown celebrates ten years and barre3 Bethlehem marks eight, the Morses invite the entire Lehigh Valley to join in the celebration—whether a long-time member or someone curious to try something new. Try your first barre3 class for free at either the Allentown or Bethlehem locations!
