Tony DaRe worked at Geisinger Health Plan and Michigan M-Care for a few years when he realized it was the clients he served, not the insurance carriers, that he wanted to advocate for. In 2003 he founded BSI Corporate Benefits (BSI) with a mission to serve clients on both a human and financial level, and redefined the industry by positioning BSI as a consultant rather than a broker or agent.
Today, BSI is an independently owned, privately held employee benefits firm headquartered in the Lehigh Valley and run by an executive team with over 125 years of combined industry experience.
