Its creative blend of liquors and bitters including apricot liquor, peach bitters and aperol, is poured right into the glass and then the concoction relies on the effervescent qualities of Champagne bubbles to act as a natural swizzle stick, says Bookstore bartender, Courtney Conrey. A delicious brandied cherry is tossed in just before serving for that extra splash of sweetness.
