Their Siberian Sturgeon Caviar (2oz) is available with Gaston Chiquet champagne for $250, or the Reserve Ostera Caviar (2oz) can be enjoyed with Veuve Clicquot Brut for $500.

New to Hellertown, La Maya's Ostras de Horneadas is a shareable dish that features a half dozen baked oysters, smoked pork belly, tortilla crumbs, Tsar's salmon caviar and Fresno pepper jam mignonette. The dish is labeled as owner CJ Moyer's favorite, which means it's a must-order. Enjoy it with a Maya Margarita.
