Her Favorite Off-the-Vine Variety:
For this one, Kristin uses Sungold tomatoes, cayenne pepper flakes, purple basil and fresh mozzarella

Feeling Fruity?
To make this sweetie pie, you will need sliced peaches, rosemary, a sprinkle of lavender or anise hyssop blossoms, mozzarella and Maldon salt flakes.

OR: Try thin sliced or small chunks of apples, and combine with gouda and a generous sprinkle of tarragon.
Her Unique Favorite
For a twist, try swiss chard, smoked trout and lovage.
