The BeamYard at Steel Club's Street Tacos are a very popular appetizer on the restaurant's dinner menu, so Executive Chef Dennis Matthews set out to create something similar for brunch. He found it with pancake tacos. Using pancakes as the tortilla shell, the tacos are filled with sausage, bacon, candied walnuts and drizzled with pure maple syrup. The special will be available every Sunday in December between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
As for drinks, Matthews says one cannot go wrong with a build-your-own mimosa flight or the Steel Club Bloody Mary, which features a house-made mix. “We offer multiple new and exciting specials every Sunday during brunch year-round,” he says.
