The Pineapple Express poke bowl comes with sushi-grade salmon and tuna, ChopFin's seaweed salad, organic edamame and pineapple, topped with unagi sauce and tempura crisps.
Everything on the menu is customizable, and the Pineapple Express can be ordered as a sushi burrito or as a poke bowl. “All of our house signatures or create-your-own options are available as a sushi burrito or poke bowl,” says Kiloy. “The burrito wraps come in either a seaweed wrap or a soy wrap. The bowl bases are sushi rice, organic black rice or spring mix.”
To create their own, customers choose from an assortment of fresh veggies, fruits and proteins. “We have more than 40 items every day to choose from and over 15 different sauces.”
ChopFin also has a variety of rotating seasonal drink offerings, including Black Cherry Mint, Ginger Pomegranate Blueberry, Pineapple, Mint and Cranberry.
