The one-and-a-half-foot-tall tower holds 88 ounces of mimosa.
There’s brunch with mimosas and then there’s brunch with a mimosa tower. At Zest, it’s the latter, offering a boozy, Instagrammable experience like no other. The one-and-a-half-foot-tall tower holds 88 ounces of mimosa—approximately 10–13 glasses. “There are two full bottles of champagne in the towers,” says general manager Anthony Trapani. “It is a little less than two-thirds champagne to one-third OJ.” Designed to be shared, it will cost you $75.
The tower is available exclusively during Zest’s Sunday brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. “We were looking for a way to offer mimosas on a grander scale for our brunch service when I saw a friend post one from a California restaurant, and I thought it was the perfect fit for us,” says Trapani. (Like we said, Instagrammable!) He recommends pairing it with their chicken and waffle sandwich or their Caprese Benedict.
And don’t worry if someone in your party isn’t a big mimosa fan—there are plenty more brunch cocktails to choose from on the menu at Zest. Trapani recommends their espresso martini (Svedka vanilla vodka, Kahlúa, Baileys and chilled espresso) or strawberry Bellini. “We also have our signature ZEST Bloody Mary that is topped with a piece of bacon and grilled cheese.”
