While the taproom’s located in Lehighton, pickup at the brewery is perfect to whisk off to your summer gatherings, with a ton of options, like lemon-lime, black cherry, strawberry and, fresh for this season, piña colada, kiwi and mango.

Birthright’s arsenal includes hard teas and lemonades in a lot of cookout-compatible flavors like watermelon lemonade and Southern sweet tea.

A newcomer to the Valley’s brewery scene, Sherman Street Beer Company offers a menu of real food and outdoor space for cornhole and friendly doggies. With seltzer flavors in rotation, you can look for a strawberry watermelon mix along with raspberry this summer. Made with real fruit, the gemstone colors are worth decanting into a glass!

If you’re a lover of the sweet, fragrant libations brewed by The Colony Meadery, or you just want to shake up your seltzer experience, try the Stinger, a 5.4 percent honey seltzer with lemon zest. Colony’s locations include Southside Bethlehem and the Bridgeworks Enterprise Center in Allentown, shared with HiJinx Brewery and County Seat Spirits for beverage-option overload.

With the bright picnic flavor of a crisp wedge of watermelon, this cold sip of summer can be found at Lost Tavern Brewing, located in Hellertown and Bethlehem.
