On the hunt for the perfect lobster roll? Look no further than 3rd & Ferry Fish Market in Easton. “Our lobster roll is melt-in-your-mouth delicious,” says general manager Danya Kinsman. It’s one of the restaurant’s most popular offerings. (Kinsman noted that their fresh oysters delivered daily rank up there too!) So, what sets it apart from the rest? For one thing, it’s served warm. “We toss the lobster in warm butter and toast the croissant,” she says. “The flaky texture and sweetness of the croissant is perfect with the lobster. Warm butter was a better pairing with the lobster than a cold dressing.”
Kinsman says that the dish always hits the spot, whether it’s lunch or dinner time, and can be made even better by upgrading to their famous Market Fries. “The Market Fries are decadent and like nothing you’ll find in the Valley,” she says. “Hand-cut fries tossed in our crab aioli, fresh crab meat, topped with Old Bay seasoning.”
