Because this year’s NYE celebrations will take place at home, Valley restaurants are working hard to bring the festivities to you, offering gourmet meals to-go. Place your preorder now to enjoy some lobster, shrimp cocktail or kielbasa and sauerkraut as we ring in 2021.
Ring in the new year with dinner courtesy of Savory Grille. Their dinner for two consists of several appetizers (house-smoked Royal Tide salmon mousse and jumbo lump crab cake, court bouillon poached Gulf shrimp with cocktail sauce and classic Caesar salad), grilled filet mignon and butter poached Maine lobster for the entrée and Savory Grille’s classic crème brûlée with fresh berries for dessert. The entire meal costs $158 plus tax. Place your preorder by December 29 at 3 p.m. (or until supplies last).
Sister Paxos Restaurants Melt and blue grillhouse are serving up a New Year’s Eve family-style menu of red wine braised boneless beef short ribs with a market green salad, Yukon mashed potatoes, green beans and pearl onions, dinner rolls and dark chocolate cheesecake with chantilly cream. The four-serving package costs $84, with a $20 charge for each additional serving. Add one dozen citrus poached jumbo shrimp cocktail with sun-dried tomato cocktail sauce and lemon for $28. Place your preorder by December 28 at noon and enjoy pick-up on December 31 between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

McCarthy’s Red Stag Pub and Whiskey Bar has two New Year’s boxes available for preorder. The first is a hors d’oeuvre box with one pound of shrimp cocktail, 20 wings and two dozen Irish meatballs for $99. The second is a surf and turf box with two center-cut filet mignon and two five- to six-ounce lobster tails with choice of vegetable, starch and sides for $150. Enjoy curbside pick-up on December 31.
Social Still’s New Year’s Eve family-style take-and-bake dinner comes with a choice of soup or salad, three entrée options (grilled Nova Scotia salmon, cider-braised pork shanks, English-cut prime rib) and choice of dessert. You can even choose between their Grande Squatchbucks or Cran You Dig It 32-ounce cocktail growlers. The meal ranges from $150–$200 and can be scheduled for pick-up between noon to 4 p.m. on December 31.
Bolete is serving up a heat-at-home New Year’s Day dinner for four, featuring braised pork shoulder and kielbasa, house-made sauerkraut, potato purée, house-made apple sauce, butterscotch pudding and rolls. The entire meal costs $150. Place your preorder by December 27 at 5 p.m.
Henry’s Salt of the Sea’s holiday menu will be available this New Year’s Eve, featuring twin lobster tails, seafood scampi, shrimp cocktail and more. They will be open for takeout from 3–8 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. All preorders must be placed by December 29.
Enjoy a New Year's Eve dinner for two or four courtesy of Apollo Grill. Union and Finch is serving up dinner for four this New Year's Eve. Choose from porchetta and tilapia bruschetta as a main, and enjoy four sides—shrimp cocktail, ricotta cheese spread with bread, roasted red potatoes and risotto balls. The Shelby is hosting a family-style New Year's Eve dinner to-go. Enjoy Chef's Broccoli Salad, crispy duck confit and coconut cheesecake. The package feeds four for $195. The a la carte add ons include squash bisque, meat and cheese board, Shelby hummus and shrimp cocktail. Place your order by December 29.
Black Forest Deli has dinner for two available. The first course consists of Borsch with piroshki; the second course is olive salad, beet salad and ham wrappers; the third course includes pickled tomatoes, blinis, and deviled eggs; the fourth course is a Pelmeni platter and young potatoes with chicken cutlets; and the fifth course is fruity pierogis for dessert. Downtown Allentown is hosting a party to-go on New Year's Eve with multiple stops to enjoy! Get your crowler, Bavarian pretzels and beer cheese soup dip from Fegley's Allentown Brew Works, two Bell burgers from Bell Hall, a four-pack of HazeDaddy beer and a pizza from Brü Daddy's and two tacos and house margaritas from Tacos Y Tequila. There are also several add-on options available. Tickets are $100 and serve two.
