Our first-ever Whiskey & Fine Spirits Festival is coming up and we're here to answers all of your questions.
1. What exactly is the Whiskey & Fine Spirits Festival?
In partnership with Fine Wine & Good Spirits, we're hosting the largest Whiskey & Fine Spirits Festival at ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks that the Valley has yet to see on Thursday, September 13th. It's an exclusive opportunity to sample all of your favorite varieties of whiskey, bourbon, tequila and vodka under one roof for one night only.
2. Do guests have to be 21 to attend?
Yes, all attendees MUST be 21+ to attend, including designated drivers.
3. What's the difference between a GA, VIP and a DD ticket?
The $75 VIP ticket gives you exclusive access to the tasting floor from 5:30-6:30 p.m. with fellow VIP ticket holders AND access to the General Admission tasting from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Essentially, it gives you 3 hours to try all of the spirits. You'll also get photo opportunities, exclusive hors d'oeuvres and glass tumbler swag at the end of the night.
The $50 General Admission ticket gives you access to the tasting floor from 6:30-8:30 p.m., hors d'oeuvres and an opportunity to enjoy all experiences throughout the night.
The $10 designated driver ticket includes all food tastings and experiences throughout the night, but absolutely no alcohol can be consumed with a DD ticket.

4. How many spirits will I get to sample?
There will be unlimited tastings throughout the night, but please drink responsibly!
5. What spirits will be available to sample?
There will be over 110 spirits represented for you to sample. Find the full list here.
6. Can I purchase bottles?
Absolutely! Fine Wine & Good Spirits will have an on-site store on the 2nd floor outside of the Blast Furnace Room where you will be able to purchase bottles of any spirits you've sampled throughout the night. PLUS, all bottle purchases will be 10% off at the event only. You'll even receive the 10% discount off of additional coupons and sales featured in the store that night.
7. Will there be food?
Yes! ArtsQuest will be serving complimentary hors d'oeuvres as well as sampling from local businesses including: Casa De Jorge Salsa, Chocolate Works, Clusters Handcrafted Popcorn and New York Pickle.
8. How do I support the Pediatric Cancer Foundation?
Pediatric Cancer Foundation representatives will be on-site offering opportunities to enter to win prizes at their table space with all proceeds going directly back to support their mission.
9. What else can I do at the event?
Tons! Starting off when you park, you will be able to hop in a Daniels BMW vehicle that will take you right to the entrance of the event. Once inside and in between sampling food and tasting numerous spirits, you'll get to check out the different experiences such as the opportunity to:
Enter to win a BMW Performance Two-Day Driver's School experience in South Carolina or California at the Daniels BMW space.
Play a round of golf with Steel Club.
Shop fine spirits merchandise from McCarthy's Red Stag Pub and Counterculture by Allentown Appliance.
Purchase cigars and try them out at the Famous Smoke Shop lounge on the 3rd floor balcony.
Say hi to the Cat Country 96 street team.
10. I'm worried about drinking and driving, what do I do?
We suggest bringing a friend who will be your DD for the evening. Their ticket is only $10 and they still get to enjoy food samples and experiences with you, sans alcohol. If you can't find a DD, your next best bet is to take advantage of our partnership with Lyft. They will be offering 25% off one ride for the night of the event. If you really want to enjoy the full experience, a variety of local hotels will be discounting rooms for the evening, you can find out more information and a list of participating hotels here.
11. Do I get any swag?
VIPs get exclusive glass tumbler swag included in their ticket price, but all attendees can purchase whiskey glass tumblers and tees at our merch table. Cash or credit accepted! Stay tuned to our social, @lvstylemag for a sneak peek of the merch.
