Container Gardening Workshop at Switchback Pizza
Spend Saturday morning learning the dos and don'ts of container gardening with Amy Cook of The Yard Farmer. Each participant will take home their own hand-made cedar planter box, soil and a plant. Following the workshop, guests are invited to enjoy family-style pizza and drinks on Switchback's patio. Tickets are $39 per person.

The Dog Days of Summer at The Shelby
This Saturday, head to The Shelby and enjoy food specials, Weyerbacher Last Chance IPA, Tito's Greyhound and Salty Dogs, and much more. House-made dog treats and dog sundaes will be available, and proceeds from the event will benefit local animal charities. The fun runs from 2–5 p.m.
