Yoga Under the Stars at the Allentown Rose Gardens
This Friday, experience an evening yoga class like no other! Hosted by the Pratyush Sinha Foundation, Yoga Under the Stars takes place from 9–10:15 p.m. at the Allentown Rose Gardens. All skill levels are welcome to join in a practice that strives to help participants transcend physical and spatial boundaries and become one with the universe. There is a suggested donation of $10.
Mountain Wine Festival at Penn's Peak
Head to Penn's Peak for a relaxing wine festival, which runs from noon to 5 p.m. this weekend. Tickets are $25 on Saturday or $20 on Sunday and include wine samples from eight local wineries, including Franklin Hill, Black River Farms, Galen Glen and Vynecrest. Enjoy the panoramic view of Beltzville Lake and the Pocono Mountains, as well as live music and the pop-up shops of several local artisans. Proceeds from the festival will go towards funding scholarships for the Valley's future winemakers!
